Robertos Story

When I arrived in the US this country in 1999, I had never worked in the restaurant industry. That is until one day when my brother Rubén, to whom I am eternally grateful, took me in to work at a Mexican restaurant; there I started as almost everyone started here, washing dishes and delivering food. I have always loved to cook so naturally I eventually transitioned to working in the kitchen. From that day until today, I didn't stop and I love what I do more and more.

Eventually, I had the opportunity to join the team of one of the most recognized Mexican restaurants in this country, 'Rosa Mexicano'. The restaurant was located in New York City and I learned a lot from some of the best people in the industry, including Dudley Nieto, Roberto Santibañes, Fany Gerson, Ignacio Cotzomi, And Joe Quintana.

I am now able to bring my years of chef experience to your next event, whether that be a grad party, wedding, work event, family reunion, or you name it.
